Promoting Safe Firearm Ownership and Usage in Ireland
The Irish Gun Owners Association (IGOA) is dedicated to promoting safe gun usage and ownership within the Republic of Ireland.
IGOA is a national voluntary organisation consisting of members with an interest in hunting and sports shooting. The IGOA does not receive any financial/grant aid and is funded entirely by subscriptions from its members.
All firearm certificate holders resident in the Republic of Ireland are eligible to apply for membership to the association.

The Irish Gun Owners Association aims to liaise, for the benefit of its membership, with the Department of Justice, An Garda Síochána, and all other stakeholders connected with the certification/issue of firearms within the Republic of Ireland.
